Welcome to my website. I am a fully qualified UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA-P). I have worked in psychotherapy and senior leadership roles in the NHS for over 30 years and my private practice is based in Poole, Dorset.

In addition to my therapy practice, I am also an experienced executive coach and organisational development (OD) consultant.

In my early career I worked in education and the voluntary sector, supporting the participation and empowerment of disadvantaged young people, families and communities.

I continue to work within the field of diversity and inclusion recognising that identity, social context and inequalities can profoundly shape psychological experience.
